Resident Evil 6’s Jake Campaign is Melee Oriented

With less than a month away from E3, Capcom has announced that it plans to unveil details about Resident Evil 6's Jake and Sherry campaign, which stars Jake Muller, the son of Albert Wesker.

So far, Capcom has yet to sneak out too many details about campaign, but has hinted at it being a "melee fighter", or brawl-oriented campaign. The information comes from the official Playstation Magazine in the UK (via RelyOnHorror), where Jake and Sherry are said to use "super-human capabilities" to defeat their foes.

Their melee-oriented gameplay is in direct contrast with the gunplay of Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield.

The full details about the campaign are expected to be unveiled in a demonstration at E3, which takes place in Los Angeles next month, which we'll be attending.
