Fullbright Company Announces its First Game

May 9, 2012 by Andrew Kent

The Fullbright Company made of Bioshock and XCOM devs is showing off their first ever game.

The Fullbright Company team made up of former Bioshock 2, XCOM, and Bioshock Infinite devs has been hard at work these past few months. The fairly new indie studio has just announced and release a video about their first ever game: Gone Home. This is a point and click type game except you’re actually walking around in a 3D environment in first person. Gone Home takes place in a modern day residential area in which you the player will have to solve some sort of mystery.

Depicting from the pre-alpha trailer I think the game looks great so far. It puts in elements similar to Skyrim where you can pick up items and move them around anywhere you want. That coupled with a mystery is my cup of tea. Although it does look like some horror elements will take place in the game judging by the flickering lights and dimly lit areas.

There aren’t really any other details on this game, Fullbright has only been working on it for a few months. Hopefully there will be more sooner, rather than later dear readers. I look forward to playing this game when it releases.
