Sony has just announced today that the ultrapopular Uncharted 3 will be getting a re-release in the form of a Game of the Year Edition.
The GOTY Edition includes the main game, and is also set to carry all of the DLC released for Uncharted 3 to date. These contents include the Classic Skins Packs 1 to 3, Multiplayer Accessory Pack, Flashback Map Packs 1 and 2 (which contain maps from the first two games), Drake's Deception Map Pack. Fort Co-Op Adventure (which stars Uncharted's primary antagonists), Co-Op Shade Survival, Rogue Skin Packs 1 and 2, and the Doughnut Skin Pack, which makes Nathan Drake and all his buddies obese.

In addition to the GOTY announcement, Sony added that the series, which includes the recently released Golden Abyss for the PS Vita, has sold over 17 million copies—or 17,320,000 to be more precise.
Given the overwhelming success of the series and its continued popularity, we're likely to see Nathan Drake embark on further adventures.
