The developers of Dawn of War 3 have released an extended video with gameplay footage of the upcoming title featuring the narration of its game director Phillip Boulle from Relic Entertainment.
The first look at Dawn of War 3 consisted of a CGI trailer and the only gameplay footage available was broadcast in German, for whatever reason. We’ve seen some screenshots since then, but it’s nice to finally get a look at the action.
“What you’re about to see is a condensed version a longer mission balanced to show you the core features of gameplay,” said community manager Kellie Goggins in the introduction. The developers note that the footage is pre-alpha and shows only two of the factions—the Eldar and the Space Marines.
The game is slated for release in 2017 for the PC.
