Insert Coins has Retro Games, Alcoholic Milkshakes and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier

April 23, 2012 by Elizabeth DeLoria

Foot. Long. Hotdogs.

If you’re in Sydney on May 17th, you might want to drop by Insert Coins for an evening of “games, music, graffiti and alcoholic milkshakes,” as well as a chance to play Ghost Recon: Future Soldier an entire week before release.

For a mere ten of your Earth dollars, entry to the event will also give you a shot at winning some prizes from Ubisoft — if you’re game enough to show up in your best military gear. If military isn’t your thing, but you’re not opposed to the idea of foot-long hotdogs in cosplay, the most popular cosplayer overall will win free entry for themselves and four friends into the next Insert Coins event.

Oh, there’s retro games to play, too, just in case this wasn’t already enough to make you cancel everything else you had planned for the 17th.

Insert Coins starts at 6PM on Thursday, 17th of May at the Oxford Art Gallery and runs until late. Cover charge is $10
