NIS America's latest title, Atelier Meruru, brings you the tale of a princess who wishes to become an alchemist. Interesting plot line eh? In the game you control Meruru and must use alchemy to help improve upon your kingdom or else, by the command of your father, you must quit practicing alchemy forever. Throughout the game you'll be discovering new places which all have different quests for you. As your map expands, so does your city. Blacksmiths and other vendors come to help you on your quest, for a price that is. You'll also learn a lot of alchemical recipes so you don't always have to rely on the vendors for those health potions you'll need. If all of that doesn't convince you then check out the trailer below for some awesome game play action. Atelier Merurur comes out for the PS3 on May 22.
