Skyrim Gains Kinect Support

April 12, 2012 by Andrew Kent

Skyrim is getting Kinect support! Shouting at something will never be as much fun.

In epic news today, Bethesda announced today that Skyrim will be getting support for the Kinect. The Kinect integration will come with over 200 voice commands…and get this…THOSE INCLUDE THE SHOUTS! AW YEAH! This feature was one of the ideas thought up for the Skyrim game jam last year and I'm so excited to see it come to see the light of day. Now all I need is a kinect and a spacious room. Oh well, until then I can pretend to be using the Kinect with a cardboard cut out and my IMAGINATION.

Besides the Kinect support, there will be new content coming to Skyrim that is XBOX 360 exclusive. These add ons will bring you new quests, locations, features, and much much more! We'll be keeping an eye on the Beth Blog for updates dear readers so stay tuned.
