Crash Bandicoot Makes A Comeback With Remastered Collection

There has been a common normality these past few years within the video game industry. Because these latest generation consoles are not the most convenient backward compatible devices, developers have started to bring out new enhanced versions of their previously released games. The latest remastered collection offers gamers some of the more classic and fan favorite Crash Bandicoot video game titles.

While it may not the brand new Crash Bandicoot video game that fans were hoping to see from Naughty Dog, Sony did announce during their E3 press conference the Crash Bandicoot remastered collection.

Activision will be putting out fully remastered versions of the first three Crash Bandicoot video games which includes Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back, and lastly, Crash Bandicoot: Warped. The three will be part of a remastered collection that has a planned release for sometime next year, 2017.

That’s not the only news regarding Sony’s longtime fan favorite bandicoot. It was also revealed during the same Sony E3 press conference that Crash Bandicoot will be a featured character within the upcoming Skylanders Imaginators video game.

This is an exciting time for gamers who enjoyed the original PlayStation as we may very well see a reboot of a series we’ve missed dearly since its early incarnation days from original developers Naughty Dog.
