In the midst of all the E3 announcements, Square Enix had time to reveal that Hitman is getting two bonus missions on July 19th. These missions aren’t part of the main storyline, but they take you back to previous locations in order to have these bonus scenarios play out.
The Icon will take you back to Sapienza, during a film shoot for an upcoming Science Fiction movie. Agent 47 will have to take out one of the cast members in the middle of an important scene. A House Built on Sand takes Agent 47 to Marrakesh in order to take out a mole leaking secrets of a prominent construction company in the area.
The Summer Bonus Episode will have new in-game challenges, and a new setting for Elusive Targets and Escalation Contracts. More details about the Hitman Summer Bonus Episode are expected during E3 this week. It marks the halfway point in the overall Hitman game season, with Thailand, the United States, and the season finale in Japan expected to fill out the second half during the rest of 2016.
