Scandinavia's largest gaming magazine, GameReactor.no, has published a teaser announcement for its next issue—97—which comes out in April.
The picture, which is written in Norwegian, reads as follows:
In our April issue we will offer a scorching world exclusive where we first started going to show pictures and talk about the sequel that is guaranteed to make you sweat.
We have no idea what it is. Although unlikely, speculation suggests that the sequel may well refer to Half-Life 3 or Doom 4.
When one of the commenters on the site suggested that he wouldn't be interested if the game wasn't Half-Life 3, Gamereactor's Kristian Nymoen replied that he "should be interested." He also added that the game being revealed isn't one that's already been announced—and that it isn't GTA V.
"The game we are going to reveal is not yet officially confirmed, and in my opinion it is a title I'm as excited for as GTA V. This is great," he wrote.
We can only hope it's not a cruel April Fool's joke.
