It turns out the next Uncharted has just been uncovered.
Following Nate The Hate’s teaser that Shaun Escayg’s next game isn’t with The Last Of Us, MP1st has reported that Escayg’s game is, in fact, a new Uncharted.
MP1st goes on to claim that it is an entirely new game in the franchise, and Nathan Drake will still be involved in some way. Most interestingly, they say that it is the next game Naughty Dog is making after Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, and that will then be followed by The Last Of Us Part III.
For his part, Nate The Hate confirmed that he was told Escayg’s game is an Uncharted game.
Naughty Dog just told us Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet will be fully revealed next year. If this rumor is true, we shouldn’t expect the next Uncharted game, or any of those The Last Of Us projects, to be revealed anytime soon.
