Marvel’s Wolverine may have already revealed something that will disappoint fans.
As reported by Insider Gaming, the game’s trophy list has gone online. Technically, this is not a leak, but the information was datamined after it became publicly available.
And as expected, there are trophies for defeating the bosses, which are revealed to be
- Omega Red
- Sentinel Prototype
- Deathstrike
- Sabretooth
- Essex
Some gamers and comic book fans may not know why having a Sentinel Prototype could be controversial. A clip of this boss fight has circulated online and been received negatively all around.
In fact, it was part of a backlash that led the game’s creative director, Mike Daly, to react to it in an interview.
One particular critique of this preview is that it looked like a common boss fight found in other video games. There were also older video games where Wolverine got to fight a full sized Sentinel.
Insomniac has to worry more about GTA 6 when it comes to game sales, but fans who were hoping there could be a bigger fight with a full sized Sentinel, Master Mold, maybe even Nimrod, this will be disappointing.
