Rockstar Has A Job Opening In A Completely New Location – To Localize GTA 6 In Latin America?

Rockstar Games has an interesting new job opening.

The job opening says this:

The Iberia Marketing team at Rockstar Games is on the lookout for a passionate Communications Manager to help manage and launch our projects in Iberia and Lat-Am.

…This is a full-time permanent position based out of Rockstar’s office in the heart of Madrid.

The Iberian Pensinsula is located in Europe, with parts divided between Spain and Portugal. But, Rockstar would be smart to start a division in Iberia for their Latin American audience.

 That’s because Latin America shares their versions of Spanish and Portuguese with many Latin American countries. So this division will cover localization for these different countries and regions quite effectively.

We don’t have insider information, but we’re sure Rockstar is already working on Spanish and Portuguese localizations of GTA 6. This job opening will be for upcoming marketing for the game, which we already know Rockstar is starting to ramp up for.
