There’s an interesting feature coming in Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream.

OatmealDome explained this feature in Bluesky:
The game will automatically run at 1080p in handheld mode on the Switch 2 with touchscreen support, according to the Japanese FAQ page.
As such, Handheld Mode Boost is not supported in this game.
The demo also runs at 1080p in handheld mode on Switch 2. However, it erroneously supports Handheld Mode Boost. Enabling Boost disables the touchscreen and does nothing else.
Boost support will be disabled for the demo in a future system update.
Nintendo introduced Handheld Boost Mode two weeks ago for Switch games that play on the Switch 2. It makes Switch games run on Switch 2 as if they were on TV Mode even if you’re playing it undocked.
That feature is a game changer for many Switch 1 games, but it’s clear that newer Switch games can be programmed with even more features, especially on Switch 2.
