Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) just put up a job opening at its official website for paid interns to work at the company for 12 months, to be a part of its "Next Gen. teams" The contract-based position hints at the development of Sony's next generation console.
Similarly, the developers of Killzone, Guerilla Games, have a job opening for Art Director with the following description: "exclusively with an industry leader, on next gen technology with major IPs in the pipeline."
It should come as no surprise that Sony's upcoming console will play host to numerous first-party titles like another game in the Killzone series.
We expect Sony to make an announcement regarding its next generation console at the upcoming E3 2012.
