E3 Hosts First Ever Public Event With Free ‘E3 Live’ Next Month

May 23, 2016 by Stephen Daly

It’s next door to E3 itself which is almost as good, right?

E3 Live
E3’s organisers, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), has announced its first public E3 event.

E3 Live will take place at L.A. Live, which is next door to the city’s convention centre where the actual annual show is taking place. Attendees will have hands-on gameplay opportunities, virtual reality demos, live music, entertainment, and various industry personalities will be in attendance.

E3 Live is a free event but tickets are required. Those under the age of 17 need to be accompanied by an adult. The event begins on Tuesday, June 14th at 17:00 Pacific and continues from 12:00 to 22:00 Pacific on Wednesday and Thursday. You can find out more about the event on E3 Live’s website.

Other events such as EA Play will also be open to the public during the week of E3 with EA’s attraction also happening in London.

All of the major publishers and platform holders have now announced their E3 press conference times and dates.
