MotorStorm RC, Evolution's bite-sized MotorStorm spinoff, was well met when it launched in Europe two weeks ago, but US Vita owners were unfortunately unable to pick up the game at the handheld's launch.
Turns out some things are worth the wait, as Sony has now announced they're partnering with Scion to make the game completely free in the US when it releases tomorrow. As an added sweetener, anyone who picks up the game during the promotion will also get a free add-on car exclusive to North America, the Scion iQ.
It's also worth noting that the PS3 version of the game will also be released tomorrow, though it bears the infinitely more expensive pricetag of $9.99. If you've got both a PS3 and a Vita, you're way better off just nabbing the free Vita version, since buying the game on one platform automatically gets you the other, free of charge.
There's no word on how long Motorstorm RC will stay free, but Sony's made it quite explicit that this is a limited time offer, so don't dally for too long.
