Legendary Cowboy Bebop Anime Gets A Fortnite Crossover This Month

February 21, 2025 by Dennis Patrick

Let’s jam.

Finding someone who hasn’t watched Cowboy Bebop and fell absolutely in love with it is hard. For years, this anime series has been highly recommended to even those not interested in anime. With the iconic cast of characters and storyline, the show kept you hooked from the very start to the concluding episode. Now, it looks like this IP is going to be added to the Fortnite battle royale game.

Fortnite has remained a top dog in the cutthroat competition for battle royale games. With a free-to-play base and the ability to add in a ton of different cosmetics to get your character to stand out, it’s not surprising that this game continues to thrive. However, one of the main reasons you might see this game continue to have as much success is because of the wide range of collaborations.

A consistent flow of new skins is being added to the game from other video games, anime series, movies, celebrities, and more. Today, thanks to the folks at esports.gg, we’re finding out that Cowboy Bebop is the next collaboration.

In particular, this game will see both Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine skins get added to the game. Furthermore, there is a Cowboy Bebop weapon wrap and loading screen. So, if you’re a fan of this franchise, and again, who isn’t? Then you’ll want to snag these skins up. Of course, you’ll have to wait a little while because the skins won’t be available until February 28, 2025.

Likewise, you can unlock the Cowboy Bebop weapon wrap and the loading screen by completing the Cowboy Bebop quests. Those will be unlocked for players to attempt running through on March 1, 2025. So again, you have a little time here before you can sport the new content. That said, if you haven’t already watched the anime series, do yourself a favor and give it a watch in the meantime.
