ArenaNet has just opened sign-ups for the Guild Wars 2 beta for a limited time. If you're interested in getting in on the action, head over to the official site and fill out the application. Like most closed betas, your acceptance isn't guaranteed, but with a game that's as massively anticipated as Guild Wars 2, you'll improve your chances the earlier you apply.
Registration will be shut down promptly at 1:00 PM EST this Friday, February 24. Of course, you took our advice and signed up way back at the beginning of the article, so you don't have to worry about that at all, right?
Guild Wars 2 will be released on the PC sometime this year, with a console version to follow at an unspecified later date.
