Binary Domain Demo Hitting February 15

February 13, 2012 by Josh Harmon

We’ll get an early slice of the game’s campaign mode later this week.

Sega has announced that a demo fro Binary Domain will be released on Xbox Live and PSN this Wednesday, February 15.

The demo will include two missions from early in the game, offering a taste of the game's squad-based shooter mechanics and unique Consequnce System, which allows you to interact with your teammates to build a relationship and influence their actions in the story and in combat.

There's no word from Sega on whether the demo will allow you to take advantage of the game's highly touted voice recognition features, which allow you to issue commands to your AI squadmates via a headset.

Equal parts Gears of War and Blade Runner, Binary Domain tells the story of a futuristic battle between mankind and a deadly group of humanoid robots. As Dan Marshall, you'll lead Rust Crew into a futuristic Tokyo to take down the Amada Corporation and their army of so-called Hollow Children.

Binary Domain will be out on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on February 16 in Japan, February 24 in Europe, and February 28 in North America.
