Beachhead Studios is a division at Activision in charge of developing the Call of Duty Elite platform and related services.
Speaking on the official Call of Duty forums, Beachhead confirmed that Modern Warfare 3's "Clan Operations", or official clan support for the Call of Duty Elite community, is in its final testing phase and will soon be available for the general public.
Clan Operations are in final testing and once it's been verified by our QA team, we'll be able to provide a specific date. In the meantime, we'll be sharing screenshots in the coming days to give you a sense of what the experience is like so you can hit the ground running with your Clan when we launch.\ Beachhead
Clan Operations is expected to provide clan-members with leveling up, a rewards system, special challenges, and a variety of other community-enhancing features.
