If you’re like me then you’re eagerly awaiting for the new expansion of Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft. The expansion is called Whispers of the Old Gods and it’s bringing all sorts of new cards to craft or unpack when it officially launches. However, while we wait until the release date rolls on by, Blizzard Entertainment has treated us fans with three brand new cards that will be included in the expansion.

Yogg-Saron, Hope’s End

Our first card shown off is Yogg-Saron, Hope’s End. This card is described as one of the Old Gods featured in the expansion and according to Blizzard Entertainment, this beast was imprisoned beneath the continent of Northrend until he was able to corrupt his jailers and broke free.

The card is a ten drop, so you’ll be waiting until you’ve secured all your mana to drop this beast and he is equipped with a seven attack, five defense. This card does come with a Battlecry, which will cast a random spell for each spell you’ve cast in the game, although it will randomly choose targets.

Spreading Madness

Next up on our list from Blizzard Entertainment is a spell card known as Spreading Madness. This little card is a three drop, a great card to get rid of easily in-game and a perfect card to deal damage towards your opponents minions. The effect of this card will deal nine damage randomly split among all characters. So while there’s a good chance you can wipe out some of your opponents cards, you may end up getting hit yourself!

Cablist’s Tome

Lastly, we have Cablist’s Tome, another spell card that costs five mana. This particular card will give the player three random mage spells.

You can try your luck at unpacking these cards on April 26th, 2016, when the Whispers of the Old Gods officially launches on Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft.
