Remember when Nintendo announced that the 3DS would be getting demos, courtesy of a December firmware update? Yeah, we do too. Remember the flood of demos they've pushed out since? Not likely, unless you're lucky enough to live in Japan.
Thankfully, Nintendo has announced that they'll finally be bringing the first batch of 3DS demos to the North America and Europe this month. Starting tomorrow, 3DS owners in both territories will be able to download a demo of the upcoming Resident Evil: Revelations from the eShop, while Europe will also get a trial version of Cooking Mama 4: Cooking Magic.
After that, the demo release schedule splits off by region. North America will be getting Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games on January 26, with Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D and Rayman Origins following at an unspecified later date. Europe's planned (but undated) demos are Rhythm Thief, The Emperor's Treasure, Mario & Sonic, and Snake Eater 3D.
