Nintendo's biggest secret, outside of how a man like Mario managed to woo a girl like Peach, is just how exactly the Zelda timeline fits together. It's not as clear-cut as it seems to a casual observer and some people have spent days, maybe even months of their lives trying to figure out exactly how Link to the Past relates to Twilight Princess, how Four Swords relates to Ocarina of Time.
The mystery is soon to be revealed as an official Nintendo book to be released tomorrow in Japan, Hyrule Historia, contains information on the infamous Zelda timeline. Whether this is actually official or just speculation by the author of the book nobody seems to comment on, but the fact that it's in an officially sanctioned Nintendo book will speak more than words anyway.
No word yet on whether a version of the book, which contains artwork and other unique features, will ever come to the west but expect the important information to be available within the next 24 hours.
