When Nintendo announced the 3DS Ambassador Program earlier this year, the company promised early adopters twenty free games, including a batch of exclusive Game Boy Advance titles. The first batch of freebies — ten NES games — were released at the end of August, but the second round of rewards wasn't slated to hit until sometime before the end of 2011.
With that deadline rapidly approaching, rumors began to swirl earlier in the week that the rest of the Ambassador games had been delayed into next year. That's not the case, a Nintendo rep has confirmed to Official Nintendo Magazine UK. According to the unnamed spokesperson, the remaining ten Virtual Console titles "will be available before the end of December", with further announcements on the way soon.
To date, only five of the ten forthcoming GBA games have been revealed so far: Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Metroid Fusion, WarioWare, Inc: Minigame Mania, and Mario Vs. Donkey Kong.
