Microsoft has revealed that Halo: Reach beta will be coming to an end May 19 i.e 17 days after it is made available to the players who own a copy of Halo 3: ODST and an XBL gold membership.

The Halo: Reach beta multiplayer will be available for download on May 3, with new modes and playlists added to the beta consequently.

Below is the schedule for the release

May 4 – Arena mode (Ranked 4 vs. 4 Team Slayer matches), plus Free-for-All and Grab Bag playlists, featuring a mix of old and new gameplay modes from Halo.
May 7 – Spartan vs Elite Invasion mode playlist
May 14 – Generator Defense mode

Xbox Live Silver Members will also be getting a taste of the action as Microsoft will unlock the multiplayer to Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST and the Reach beta to XBL Silver members from May 14 to May 17.
