Did you ever want to visit some worlds in Kingdom Hearts even, if they were not owned by Disney? You’re probably less likely to ask for that now, especially since Disney owns so many powerhouses. Between Pixar, Marvel, and LucasFilm, the company can barely spare room for their movie schedule. Still, some fans still had some places they wanted to go to that went beyond these hugely popular franchises. Read on and see if you agree with them that these worlds should be in Kingdom Hearts 3.
The hilarious top request is for the WWE, and it outlines a scenario where John Cena take’s Sora’s belt from Kingdom Hearts 2 but turns into a Heartless. Beyond this scenario, the family oriented WWE of today could be fertile material for new gameplay mechanics to break up how the game is played.
Another request is for perhaps the most popular of Studio Ghibli movies, Howl’s Moving Castle. Studio Ghibli used to have a close association with Disney, but now they’re being distributed by GKIDS. Still, Ghibli’s movies are so highly acclaimed it would be elementary for Square Enix to add them to Kingdom Hearts – if only Ghibli would ever let them.
Perhaps this should not be a surprise, but some fans want to play in worlds from one of Disney’s oldest and most successful competitors, Dreamworks. Requests for How To Train Your Dragon and Rise of the Guardians, but not one for Shrek. Even if you are not into these Dreamworks franchises, these might still interest you, since they would involve a lot of aerial combat.
Those are just some of the many non-Disney worlds fans want to play in Kingdom Hearts 3. Where would you like to play in? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
