Watch the L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition Launch Trailer

November 8, 2011 by Lyle Smith

Arriving on the PC today

Today marks the North American release of L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition for PC and in celebration of the game hitting shelves, Rockstar has released an all new official launch trailer.

Developed by Team Bondi in collaboration with Rockstar Games, L.A. Noire is a dynamic crime thriller set in Los Angeles after the 2nd World War. You will play as Detective Cole Phelps where you must search for clues, interrogate suspects and chase down dangerous criminals to solve a series of cases inspired by real world events. As Phelps rises through the ranks of the LAPD, he will come across many adversities within the corrupt city that is Los Angeles: from fallen celebrities, to double-crossing police officers and the dark reaches of the criminal underworld. But the biggest adversary might just be when you come face-to-face with the darkness of Phelp's own demons.

L.A. Noire broke new grounds with its hyper-realistic facial expression technology, showing you emotion in characters during actual gameplay never before seen.
