The Division is a lot like Destiny in more ways than one. One of the things it has in common with Bungie's shooter is the ability for players to emote to each other. This is in addition to voice chat, of course, but having the ability to make gestures and the like has always been a big part of online play.
Arrekz put together a new video that showcases all of the emotes that are present in The Division's beta. You'll be able to do a wide variety of moves, including saluting others, performing jumping jacks, and applauding your teammates (or enemies) for good moves.
Like Destiny, we won't be surprised if Ubisoft adds more emotes to the game in the future. It's still beta, after all, and the selection may not be final.
The beta is set to be open to the public this week. Expect further coverage of the game as it happens.
