Japanese gaming magazine Weekly Famitsu has revealed new details for Final Fantasy XV.
They showed a screenshot depicting a battle against Magitek Armor. Magitek remains completely recognizable, but is definitely depicted in the Final Fantasy XV style.
Fire Magic has a particular effect on grassy plains. If you use it there once, the whole area will burst into flames. This means you need to be discriminating when using this attack, as it can hurt your buddies as much as your enemies.
Noctis has a very useful talent against monsters. He can mount them and instantly lower their physical strength.
In fact, you can attack even aerial monsters by jumping into them.
Finally, Noctis is depicted sneaking into enemy territory. We doubt Noctis has corrugated boxes in his gear, but this should prove a useful skill in navigating the open world nonetheless.
