Scribblenauts Remix Hits the iOS

October 12, 2011 by Ian Miles Cheong

The excellent Scribblenauts has finally landed on the iOS, and is now available for both the iPad and iPhone.

Scribblenauts made waves when it was first released on the Nintendo DS a couple of years back. The object of the game is to collect stars strewn throughout each of the game’s levels by using your ingenuity—conjuring up objects by typing words into the interface. You can summon a tyrannosaurus rex or step into a time machine.

Scribblenauts is now available for the iPad and iPhone as Scribblenauts Remix. It’s one of the few games that actually plays better on the iPad/iPhone than it does on its original platform so you’ll want to consider picking it up even if you already own the original.

The new version of the game includes all of Scribblenauts’ original content, plus new levels for the iOS.

Pick it up from the iTunes App Store.
