This Fallout 4 Guided Bullets Mod Helps You Conserve Ammo

Although some may find it a bit too helpful.

Even with the Scrounger perk, finding certain types of ammo can be difficult in the commonwealth. If you really love your Plasma Pistol in Fallout 4, but can’t use it too often due to a lack of ammo, this may be the mod for you (via IGN).

Titled Self-Guided Sniper Bullets, the mod adds the ability to automatically track targets for various weapons. After you install it, head to any workbench menu, scroll to the scope section for the gun you’d like to conserve ammo with, and build the Targeting Computer weapon mod.

Unfortunately, the mod isn’t available for every weapon in the game yet. Creator Artesia58 has made a list of all the compatible guns, however, which you can find below.

  • Pipe revolver
  • Assault rifle
  • Combat rifle
  • Hunting rifle
  • Railway rifle

  • Plasma pistol
  • Plasma rifle
  • Gauss rifle
  • Alien blaster pistol
  • Cryolator
