The F2P pool game Hustle Kings gets an overhaul this week. Among its new changes is an Extra Modes DLC pack which adds new pool variants: 3 Ball, Black Ball, Killer, Cut-Throat, and 14.1 Continuous. All of the new modes are available both online and offline. The DLC also includes six new trophies.
If you’re a hardcore Hustle Kings fan, you’ll enjoy a new difficulty level in Career Mode as well as new custom cue ball selections. As of today, the PlayStation Store is offering all of the Hustle Kings DLC packs (Extra Modes, Snooker, 8-Ball, and Puzzle Exhibition) in one bundle along with 10,000 in-game credits.
According to Sony XDev Europe Senior Producer John McLaughlin, you can now also register for Hustle Kings events which run on Wednesdays and over weekends. “These special timed events are free the 1st time you play but subsequent plays will require a HKC (Hustle King Currency) fee,” writes McLaughlin. “The events offer massive HKC earning potential, but you have to be in it to win it.”
