NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition Announced for Switch

Nintendo and Square Enix have announced NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition will release on the Nintendo Switch later this year. This updated version will include all previously released content for Nier:Automata including some exclusive costumes for Nintendo Switch buyers.

Originally released in 2017, Nier:Automata follows the story of the android soldiers 2B and 9S on a mission to destroy machine life on behalf of the humans in exodus on the moon.

NieR: Automata tells the story of androids 2B, 9S and A2 and their battle to reclaim the machine-driven dystopia overrun by powerful machines.

Humanity has been driven from the Earth by mechanical beings from another world. Now, a war between machines and androids rages on… A war that could soon unveil a long-forgotten truth of the world.

The game releases on October 6 on the Nintendo Switch. Pre-orders for the game begin on June 28.
