Firaxis has released a new series of screenshots to showcase another new environment they're adding to XCOM 2.
The previous release of screenshots showcased the game's suburban environment. This new one shows off the slums, which are locations set far outside the urban centers. We can probably expect to see screenshots of the game's commercial and industrial districts in the future.
The slums, or shanty town, as the developer calls them, are pockets of civilization far away from everywhere else. The whole setting has a Fallout feel going for it, with ramshackle buildings made out of corrugated iron and so forth. Check them out below.
The game comes out on the PC on February 5.
