December 4, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Here’s everything you need to know about the Collector’s Editions for Dark Souls 3.

From Software has revealed the release date of Dark Souls 3 for the PS4, PC and Xbox One today, alongside a trailer that will be broadcast during tomorrow's PlayStation Experience.

The game has been slated for release on April 12 internatinoally on all three platforms and will be available in Japan weeks ahead on March 24. The game trailer, seen above, showcases some never-before-seen locations and monsters.

In addition, the studio has revealed the Day One edition of the game, which incldues the game, a starter guide, a soundtrack, and special packaging. It costs $59.

Also detailed is the Collector's Edition, which comes with the same stuff as the above, an art book, a cloth game map, a 10" Red Knight statue, and a collector's box. It costs $129.

Finally, there's the Prestige Edition, which comes with the game, a numbered 40cm Lord of Cinder statue, a hardcover artbook for the entire trilogy, soundtrack, 3 iron-on patches, a cloth map, and a display case for the statue. It's only available from Amazon UK.

The UK will also get an Apocalypse Edition, which is just the game in a steel case and the official soundtrack.

Hardcore fans of the game will probably want to pick up both the Collector's Edition and the Prestige Edition for everything.
