Destiny: The Taken King Update 2.1.0 Will Bring Tweaks to Titan Subclasses

December 4, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Some major changes are coming to Destiny.

Change is in the air, and Destiny: The Taken King is about to get a little bit better. Today, Bungie has announced that patch 2.1.0  will be coming out in just a few weeks time.

Teased earlier this year, the patch will add a ton of Year 1 weapons and armor by bringing them up to Year 2 standards. You can read about all the gear that's getting the Year 2 treatment in this post.

Beyond the returning weapons and armor, the three new character classes will be getting some changes. Notably, the Sunbreaker will be getting rebalanced, probably to nerf the strength of its Super. The Titan's Defender and Striker classes will also be getting rebalanced to be more in line with their Solar brethren.

The full patch notes will be out next week, with a preview article out later today.
