This week, Xur will be in the Hangar in the Tower. With the weekly heroic strikes gone, you earn the coins to buy these items from regular strikes and Crucible matches. You can also always go to the Level 28 Prison of Elders.

As always, the legacy weapon engram works the way it did in Destiny’s first year. This means it becomes a year one exotic with year one damage values.
