Dark Souls Is Easy…With Infinite Items Glitch

October 4, 2011 by Mat Growcott

Fighting endless demons just got easier in Dark Souls. If endless fire balls sounds like something you’d really enjoy, check out this video.

We’ve all heard stories about how Demon Souls put grown men into hospital and, in an unprecedented wave of confusion, induced several births. It was supposed to be that damn difficult. Its ‘spiritual successor’ Dark Souls is equally as hard.

Not anymore. A new video has surfaced which reveals a glitch that allows you to have infinite items, an ability that will come in handy, that is until it’s patched (probably in time for the European release this week).

Based on a Google translation of the original how-to guide: you’ll need the green Floral rings, the Stone Crown and an Infinity Stone. First you need to hit the square button with the Stone Crown equipped. Swing around, making sure to change the direction of the character. Switch to the item you want to use without limit and then hit the square button again.

Hopefully, that’s worked for you. And I’d enjoy it while it lasts, it’s a glitch that isn’t long for this world. Check out the video to see its effects.
