Pathologic Classic HD Remaster Available Today

Looking for something spooky to play this weekend? Russian studio Ice-Pick Lodge's decade-old debut, Pathologic, is available today as an HD remaster. The classic game's visuals have been re-done and there's a newly translated script, a response to criticisms from players.

Embark on a dark journey to explore a remote town built upon old tanneries and butcheries just as a mysterious and deadly disease breaks out. An educated doctor, The Bachelor, is sent to investigate, but he is not alone.  One of the volunteers, The Changeling, is a strange girl who believes she can heal with her hands, and the other, The Haruspex, is a talented amateur who’s fond of experimental surgery.

This remaster is particularly exciting because it gives us a glimpse of what we can expect from the upcoming Pathologic remake, which is currently in development after a successful Kickstarter campaign.
