With the Battlefield 3 Open Beta well underway (how many times have I written this before? it feels like deja vu) players have discovered ways to get the game to crash–and in such horrible ways, too.
This one bug, exploit, or what have you only works on the Xbox 360, and about 80% of the time according to redditor Pennysboat (an obvious Lost reference, if ever there was one). Simply plant C4 in a crowded area or near an M-Com, wait for the other team to bunch up, and detonate the C4.
"Game will free right there and end. Major bug in the game," writes Pennysboat.
It doesn't seem to work on the PC, but it'll certainly make fine work of a game on the 360.
