Sony and Capcom have announced the latest entry in the long-running fighting franchise, Street Fighter. Yes, the official reveal of Street Fighter 6 is here! We have received two new trailers showcasing the 6th entry in the epic franchise, one announcement trailer with gameplay, and the other discussing the real-time commentary in SF6. The title is scheduled for a 2023 release date.
Gamers will be glad to hear that Street Fighter 6 will include an immersive single-player story, Fighting Ground, which focuses on the classic fighting game experience, and a new mode called World Tour which acts as a battle hub to expand the engagement in the fighting community.

Street Fighter 6, the next game in the iconic series, will release in 2023! Capcom also noted in their second trailer which discusses real-time commentary that they are looking for new commentators for the game. They want to incorporate a play-by-play for when gamers fight like an Esports match would happen. This seems like an interesting take and I’m curious to see where this goes.
