Fatshark has put together a new video for their upcoming Left 4 Dead-esque title Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide. The new video showcases the game's Dwarf character who beats people up with a variety of heavy melee weapons and a crossbow.
Bardin Goreksson, the Dwarf Ranger, hails from the Grey Mountains and finds himself in the midst of the End Times upon his arrival at the city of Vermintide.
In the Warhammer universe, "Dwarves are often considered a gregarious folk, prideful and not afraid to offend, and few are more so than Bardin. He is not the vindictive type or cruel in nature, but he has a habit of belittling his comrades through sheer ignorance and his robust attitude. He will oftentimes be the loudest in the group, even if silence would have been preferable. If negotiations go sour, the Dwarf Ranger is the first with his axe out and swinging."
The game launches on October 23 for the PC on Steam.
