Deus Ex Mankind Divided Pre-Order Program Cancelled, Incentives Now Equal For Everyone

October 1, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

The incentive content will now be available to everyone who preorders or buys the Day One version.

Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have revealed they have cancelled the Augment your Pre-order program for Deus Ex Mankind Divided.

Eidos’ explanation is straightforward and humble. They explained they started the program in the first place because they saw how fans could get frustrated when they assembled the preorder incentives for their games for themselves. Particularly, this created a lot of frustration for gamers in different regions, not getting the incentives that they want.

Eidos recognizes that the way they executed the program only ended up angering fans even more. As a result, they are now making the incentive content available to everyone who preorders or buys the Day One version.

Furthermore, Deus Ex Mankind Divided will be released on February 23, 2016 for everyone on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows.

As for the collector’s edition, it will come with the limited edition steelbook, 8” Adam Jensen figurine, and 48 page Titan artbook. You can read the full statement or preorder from Eidos’ site here.
