Comcept, Inti Creates, and Deep Silver have made a major announcement for Mighty No 9, promising the long wait for the game may finally be at an end.
They have set a North American release date of February 9, 2016, and February 12 everywhere else, presumably for all platforms. Comcept also claim that they have done the work to rapidly fix remaining online issues withMighty No 9, so whatever issues may have been borne from a premature release are done.

We have a very important announcement today!
Comcept and our partners at Inti Creates and Deep Silver have been hard at work clearing up any remaining issues with the online modes included in Mighty No. 9. As a result of their progress, we are now able to officially announce our release date!
Mighty No. 9 will release in North America on February 9th, 2016 and will release for the rest of the world on February 12th, 2016.
We are looking forward to delivering this game to our fans, especially all of our backers!
