Mighty No. 9 Backer Demo Gets Delayed

September 16, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Fans of Mighty No. 9 are losing faith in the game due to its repeated delays.

Disclosure: I backed Mighty No. 9 on Kickstarter at the $20 tier.

Mighty No. 9 has hit another snag. After the release was delayed by several months into Q1 2016, the game's developer Comcept announced today that the demo for the game has also been delayed.

Curiously, the news about the delay was snuck into a blogpost about some contest rather than an article by itself.

Backers of the game expecting to play the game anytime soon will have to wait somewhat longer to try the game out for themselves. The demo was supposed to launch yesterday.

Comcept has not provided any details as to when backers can expect to play the game.

We have no idea why Comcept waited this long to announce the delay, given that they could have told their fanbase what was up days, or even weeks ahead of the official release date.
