Nolan North, the actor that recently replaced Peter Dinklage as the voice of Ghost in Destiny, will be working with Warner Bros. on a lengthy project, he revealed in a profile done by Grantland.
Speaking to Grantland, North talked about an average day for him as a prolific actor by sharing what he currently has on his plate. Including work on Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, North teased a “big, big project” he is working with Warner Bros. on, saying, “That’ll be another 10 years of my life.”
As an actor, North is no stranger to Warner Bros., having voiced the Black Hand of Sauron in last year’s Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor. A sequel for Shadow of Mordor has not been announced but given the critical acclaim it received, it would not be surprising for Warner Bros. and developer Monolith to capitalize on that success. A 10-year commitment to the project, assuming it is related to Shadow of Mordor, would mean quite an expansion of the game universe established last year.
The last piece of DLC content for Shadow of Mordor, The Bright Lord, was released last February on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 due to Monolith placing priority on those platforms citing technical limitations from the beginning that even prevented the acclaimed “Nemesis System” from being in the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions.
