The world's most popular YouTube channel and host PewDiePie has set a new record for the highest number of views on his channel at 10 billion views.
PewDiePie, whose real name is Felix Kjellberg, announced the milestone on his Twitter account today.

It's been six years since he first established the channel, which quickly grew to become not only the most popular gaming channel on YouTube, but also the most popular channel overall on the network with over 39 million subscribers. The second and third most popular YouTube channels sit at 23 million.
Much of his popularity can be attributed to his success with the younger audience, thanks to his over-the-top reaction videos to scary horror games like Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
As it stands, PewDiePie is more popular than both Rihanna and One Direction combined. Take that, pop culture!
