5 Lives Studios has just released Satellite Reign today. The game is available on Steam, Humble Store, and GOG platforms for $29.99. To celebrate the game's launch, the studio is giving a 20% off deal for an entire week.
The game was Kickstarted just slightly over two years ago, garnering £461,333 in pledges with over 15,000 backers. The game leverages Mike Diskett's experience in developing the Syndicate series of games for Bullfrog way back in the '90s, and draws from the cyberpunk themes that made the series a classic.
In this real-time, class-based strategy game, players command four agents as they move through rain-soaked, neon-lit streets of an open-world cyberpunk city where they carry out a variety of missions ranging from assassinations to industrial sabotage.
