In Corpse of Discovery, Out Today on Steam, No One Can Hear You Scream

August 25, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Just how far are you willing to go to succeed?

Phosphor Games Studio's first person exploration, Corpse of Discovery, is available today through Steam.

In the game, you play as a lone astronaut who explores uncharted worlds in search of answers. The main objective here is to complete your mission and return to your family.

Players are tasked with balancing their time and dealing with long distance relationships with loved ones. The game was "Heavily inspired by Creative Director Chip Sineni’s experiences as a developer spending long hours away from his family, Corpse of Discovery became a way for him to connect with others who've faced similar challenges. To keep his loved ones as near as possible while working on the game, he incorporated them through voice-overs and imagery."

You'll need to search multiple worlds for to complete objectives, map new terrain, and combat wild weather and harsh environments.

The game asks players just how far they're willing to go to achieve their mission.
